Harmony Senior Services manages the operations of Assisted Living, Independent, Memory Care Facilities, and other health care facilities for Smith/Packett, a healthcare development firm specializing in the design, development, financing.
We've been in business since 1982, when James R. "Jim" Smith founded the company as a development and certificate of need consulting firm. In 1986, we formed various partnerships and developed nursing homes throughout Virginia, Florida and the Carolinas.
Collectively, we manage more than $60 million new healthcare related projects annually. These projects include senior housing and healthcare communities, active adult housing, independent living, assisted living, nursing homes, medical/office buildings, and mixed use facilities.
