Pet therapy took on a whole new meaning as our residents were given the opportunity to cuddle some of the fluffiest and sweetest bunnies. Last week, we celebrated all of the wonderful mothers in our building with our annual Mother’s Day Tea. The Victorian Lady Society of Fredericksburg was gracious enough to host our fashion show for this year, where they modeled the changing style of the ballgown from the Civil War era up through the 1920’s. Before his schedule became too busy, the Easter Bunny stopped by the Crossings at Falls Run for a special visit. The Irish eyes were all smiles for our St. Patrick’s Day Celebration. Residents participated in an Irish sing a long, followed by happy hour in the pub and an accordion serenade with our dear friend, Ray. Dynamic singing duo, “Squeeze-play,” belted out the Irish tunes as well to make our celebration complete.
